After The Violence began in Kansas City with one song: “Black and Blue.” From there, the band grew into a way of turning real stories of trauma, loss, anger, and survival into raw, heavy rock. Every lyric comes from somewhere real—putting my heart and soul out there in the hope that someone hears it, feels less alone, and finds a reason to heal.
